EARLY LIFE
KING STUNNA grew up surrounded by music. Church choir, piano, old Heavy D and MC Hammer verses, and eventually handwritten bars of his own at Jephthah Secondary School in Port Harcourt.
He points to The Eminem Show, 50 Cent's Get Rich or Die Tryin', and Jay-Z's The Black Album as the records that made the mission feel serious. From there, the path was never casual.

The King
In Malaysia, he built audience from the ground up on Myspace and Reverbnation, signed under R Records and Warner Music Malaysia, and became the first African artist with mobile music distribution across Malaysia and parts of Asia.
Back in Nigeria, the records landed harder. From Amaechi to Fall Out, the catalogue kept climbing while staying independent and deeply tied to the South.
A car crash in Kuala Lumpur nearly took his life. He spent months unable to walk, then rebuilt himself one day at a time and returned to music with a stronger sense of purpose.
